The Day I Lost My Way

It was a dark day in November. I was walking home from school, with nobody around.
“Where is everybody?” I said to myself.
I turned the corner to go home when suddenly a huge rumble hit my eardrums!
“Earthquake!” I shouted.
I ran as fast as I could to find open space when suddenly I noticed that I was in a really, really, really big field, so big that the whole town could fit into it! Then everything just stopped moving. I stood still, when suddenly I saw everything was perfect! When I got home, my Mum and Dad were sitting on the sofa, nothing wrong at all! I asked my Mum and Dad was everything okay, and they said yes, everything was okay! Then I went up to my bedroom, changed into normal clothes when my mum called me for dinner.
I rushed downstairs as fast as I could. I ran so fast I nearly fell down the stairs! We were having pasta for dinner tonight. My favourite! I like pasta so much I had seven helpings of it! The bad thing about it is that I had to go to bed straight after dinner! It was bad because it was Friday! And it was only eight o'clock! I asked my mum if I could play my Nintendo DS for a little while, and, thankfully, she said yes.
I ran upstairs as fast as I could, again, when suddenly I remembered that my sisters were asleep, and my brother was at his friend’s house.
I played my Nintendo DS for over an hour! But after a while I fell fast asleep. At about eleven o’clock I woke up and noticed that I was tied up and in the middle of a field, and before you ask, no, I was not in that field I mentioned earlier, it was much smaller than this, and this field is about ten times bigger! And a time-bomb was right beside me! Its timer was on ten minutes! An old car was fifty feet away, and somebody left a penknife in my hand! I cut the ropes as fast as I could and rushed over to that car I was talking about earlier and, thank God, the keys were in the car and I started it up and I as fast as I could and suddenly I saw a sign saying “You are now leaving Co. Meath”. So that’s where I was! It took four hours to get back to my house but I got there in the end.
